We calculate shipping charges of your items after packaged and weighed at our store.

Payment:

FIRST ORDER

- Payment by credit card payment or bank transfer

ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS    30 days net of invoice date net

- Bank transfer
- Check or money order
- Credit card

The products remain the property of PEMA until the entire payment is received.  Interest charges are applied to late payments.

Shipping costs outside of Italy are calculated from [PEMA Woodcarvings] Ortisei.

If you are unhappy with your shipment, please write us within 8 days of receipt.  Returned items without a return authorization can not be accepted! Any litigation will fall in the Bolzano state jurisdiction.
